Hi guys, does anyone know where you can catch a Doltopia? Has it been programmed into the game yet? I've beaten all 3 gyms and want to add a Doltopia to my team :D Anyone?

Doltopia's in the water near Ochre Island - search the waters on Route 11 via surfing, and you'll find one eventually

Yeah, it takes a while to find. There are other PT Pokemon with low encounter rates as well.
